Woori Card announced on the 30th that it will launch its new product 'Card-ui-jeongseok POINT,' which adds artistic design to powerful point-accrual benefits, on April 2.

This product is the first result of the 'Card-ui-jeongseok' series, reflecting the mindset President Jeong Won-jae of Woori Card emphasized in his January inauguration speech — 'communication,' staying true to the basics for customers, and 'flexibility,' pursuing new things without fearing change.

A distinguishing feature is that from the product-planning stage, it comprehensively reflected big-data analysis as well as customer preference areas and needs gathered across sales channels, designing the product so customers could easily and conveniently enjoy point-accrual benefits.

Incorporating the beauty of Korea into the card plate points is also cited as a differentiating factor. Korean painter Kim Hyun Jung's work 'Gwayubulgeup' is meant to raise emotional satisfaction for customers.

Meanwhile, various events have also been prepared for Woori Card customers to mark the product launch.

Through the end of June, an event will run for customers who spend 300,000 won or more with 'Card-ui-jeongseok POINT,' 'Card-ui-jeongseok POINT Main Transaction,' 'Card-ui-jeongseok POINT Check,' and other credit and check cards and apply.

Through a drawing, winners will receive 2 million Moa Points, a Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9+, an LG PuriCare air purifier, a Dyson V8 cordless vacuum, and more. Other events include double Moa Point accrual for Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, and other simple-payment users, 2-3 month interest-free installments at all affiliated merchants, and discounted airfare promotions.

A Woori Card official explained, "By incorporating artistic design, we've given this rigid financial product an emotional makeover, and we're preparing advertisements in the 'Artvertising' technique using the artist's other witty works, readying ourselves for joyful communication with our customers."

The annual fee for the two credit cards is 10,000 won for domestic use and 12,000 won for overseas use; there is no annual fee for the check card. Customers who want to learn more about the product can visit Woori Card's official website or use its mobile application.
