Woori Card announced on the 14th that, marking Woori Card Sponsor Day, it will hold a 'Woori, Card Basics Day' event at the Nexen Heroes–KIA Tigers game on the 15th at Gocheok Sky Dome.
Before the game, a promotional booth on the second floor of the plaza outside the stadium will host a 'Home Run Basics' home-run-derby game for baseball fans, along with a 'Photo Basics' photo zone where fans can take pictures with Nexen Heroes cheerleaders.
At that day's game, Korean painter Kim Hyun Jung, the artist behind 'Gwayubulgeup,' the work used in the 'Card Basics POINT' card design, will throw the ceremonial first pitch. Lucky gifts will also be handed out to fans at the stadium during a mid-inning event.
'Card Basics POINT,' launched last month on the 2nd, has surpassed 100,000 cards issued in just three weeks and continues to sell well.
