[Korea Instructor News, Reporter Lee Mi-sook] Seoul's publicity ambassadors, made up of experts from various fields, have joined forces to support young people's lives in Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that on the 15th (Wed) at 7 p.m., it will premiere the mentoring class series "2021 Cheongchuneoram" for people in their 20s and 30s, produced with the city's publicity ambassadors (Seoul Publicity Ambassadors), on Seoul's YouTube channel.

This year in particular draws attention as all of Seoul's publicity ambassadors turn out in force, including singer Lee Young-ji, newly appointed in November, along with architect Yoo Hyun-jun, broadcaster Jaeson, Alberto Mondi, fashion designer Song Ji-oh, makeup artist Jung Saem-mool, and Korean painter Kim Hyun Jung, with cartoon illustrator Myeong Min-ho also participating.

Even amid the pandemic, Seoul, the capital of the Republic of Korea, remains a city drawing global attention. Starting with the question, "How will our Seoul change in 10 years?", the youth mentoring class <2021 Cheongchuneoram> consists of three web variety shows under the theme "Expect Our Seoul!", capturing hopes and expectations for the Seoul of the future.

Cheongchuneoram (靑春於藍), the youth mentoring class with Seoul Publicity Ambassadors that began in 2019, is a compound of "cheongchun" (youth) and the idiom "cheongchul-eoram" (the student surpassing the teacher), reflecting the hope that young people will grow into even more outstanding talents through the mentoring of Seoul's publicity ambassadors.

The first installment, to be released at 7 p.m. on December 15 (Wed), is <Seoul Youngji-do>. Rising singer Lee Young-ji roams the alleys of Seoul beloved by young people in this real-road variety show, mapping out Seoul's hidden hotspots through interviews with citizens she meets along the way. <Seoul Youngji-do> will be uploaded in two parts, covering Yongsan-gu and Jung-gu.

The second installment, released at 7 p.m. on December 16 (Thu), is the quiz show <Seolkwiz? YES>, discussing housing, jobs, and financial planning for living well in Seoul. In the housing segment, architect Yoo Hyun-jun appears to share his thoughts on livable urban spaces. For jobs, broadcaster Alberto Mondi, born in Italy and "raised" in Korea as a multi-talented professional with many jobs, joins in. For the financial planning segment, special guest and YouTuber Shinsa Imdang appears to discuss young people's financial concerns and share useful tips. Cartoon illustrator Myeong Min-ho also participates with an illustration carrying a message of support from Seoul's publicity ambassadors, cheering on young people's lives in Seoul. Broadcasters Park Kyung-lim (who served as a Seoul publicity ambassador from 2008 to 2011) and Jaeson serve as MCs, showing off their smooth hosting skills and entertaining banter.

The final installment, released at 7 p.m. on December 17 (Fri), is the 2030 Future Seoul class <Seoul Tiki-Taka>. Fashion designer Song Ji-oh, makeup artist Jung Saem-mool, and Korean painter Kim Hyun Jung appear together to discuss Seoul today, the changing future of Seoul, and fashion, beauty, and culture.

Seoul's publicity ambassadors are active under the vision of "people who love Seoul and talk about Seoul." They are made up of experts from diverse fields including broadcasting, architecture, culture, and the arts, and do their best to represent citizens' dreams and hopes, promoting Seoul and its municipal administration.

Kim Jong-soo, Director of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Citizen Communication Office, said, "Seoul, the city we live in, is an ever-changing city. Seoul's future grows together with its young people," adding, "<2021 Cheongchuneoram> is content prepared by Seoul's publicity ambassadors for young people. We hope many young people will watch <Cheongchuneoram> and discover various possibilities to grow in Seoul, and realize the future they dream of with Seoul as their foundation."
