Coffee chain Tom N Toms announced on the 19th that it will hold the 'Figuar Art Christmas Exhibition' from the 21st through the morning of the 24th at its Tom N Toms Black Dosan-ro branch in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu.

The exhibition is held together with the Korea Racing Authority's 'Let's Run Foundation' (Chairman Lee Yang-ho) and the multi-purpose cultural and art space 'SJ. Kunsthalle,' and is planned as a 'special Christmas exhibition' under Tom N Toms' Gallery Tam(耽).

Notably, Gallery Tam, which has mainly featured flat-art works, has drawn attention by preparing a figure exhibition for Christmas that families and adults alike can enjoy.

The exhibition will feature creative figures by Gallery Tam artists, rare pieces from figure collectors' own collections, and figures of Hallyu stars and famous characters.

Gallery Tam's Jeong Un-sik will present works made mainly of aluminum; Choi Hyeong-gil will present his painting 'Mr. Kim Runs' with its character 'Mr. Kim' rendered three-dimensionally; and Cho Hyun-young will present delicately crafted glass works.

Visitors will also be able to see a 'Naesoong Girl' figure by Kim Hyun Jung, known as the 'idol of Korean painting,' along with a variety of programs under the theme 'Art in Everyday Life,' including a lecture and a visitor popularity vote for the figures.

A Tom N Toms representative said, "We prepared this collaborative exhibition together with the 'Let's Run Foundation' and 'SJ. Kunsthalle' to offer our customers something different," adding, "We hope many people can easily encounter and enjoy art and culture through familiar characters and figures, and we also hope they won't miss Gallery Tam artist Lee Jun-ho's exhibition 'Landscape Painted with a Knife,' currently on view at the Black Dosan-ro branch."
