For the upcoming Chuseok holiday, AK Plaza will hold a Chuseok gift promotion event starting the 30th at all branches—Suwon, Bundang, Pyeongtaek, and Wonju—giving away a limited-edition gift made in collaboration with Korean painter 'Kim Hyun Jung.'
Korean painter 'Kim Hyun Jung' was named one of Forbes' '30 Under 30 Asia' in 2017. She is especially well known to the public for her representative work 'The Story of Naesoong.'
The limited-edition collaboration gift with Kim Hyun Jung is a 'carrier cover,' given from the 30th while supplies last at each branch's gift desk to customers holding a same-day receipt for AK Card purchases of 100,000 won or more.
An event will also be held for customers who take photos at the 'Supermoon photo zone' installed at the Bundang and Suwon branches and upload them to Instagram, with various prizes given by drawing.
A Chuseok holiday gift promotion event will also be held at all AK Plaza branches.
The Bundang branch's event hall will run the 'Chuseok Essential Kitchenware Special' from the 30th through the 15th of next month, offering popular tableware items such as 'Golden Bell, Tefal, Notdam' at special prices.
The Pyeongtaek branch's event hall will run a 'Chuseok Gift Special Exhibition' through the 4th of next month, offering up to 70% off end-of-season items including shoes, handbags, menswear, kitchenware, and baby products.
The Suwon branch will run various promotions alongside its autumn store renovation. The newly opened kids' cosmetics brand 'DLFriends' will sell sun cushion & lipstick sets for 99,000 won, and the 'Step Care' store will offer 20% off popular kids' shoe brands such as Umi Shoes, Vogs, and Melly Pop.
