[Lawissue reporter Pyeon Do-uk] To mark the ‘2023–2024 Visit Korea Year’, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization (hereinafter the KTO) will hold the third ‘K-Culture Relay Pop-up’, following Busan (June) and New York (July), at Iconic Square on the second basement floor of The Hyundai Seoul department store in Yeouido from August 10 to August 23.
Under the theme ‘THE MOVING SEOUL’, expressing the ever-changing movement of a Korea where tradition and modernity coexist, the pop-up will showcase the charms of Korea in a pop-up space together with 12 diverse brands leading the trends of Korean culture, including K-pop, K-fashion, K-food and K-art.
Particularly eye-catching is the simultaneous participation of the K-pop artist ZEROBASEONE, who is also winning acclaim abroad, the Korean artist Kim Hyun Jung, and the liquor brand Maepsi Makgeolli.
